Terms & Conditions

This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of We Make Matches and your membership in the Service and may be modified by We Make Matches as needed, such modifications will be effective upon the date of posting to We Make Matches.

1. Eligibility. You must be twenty one or over to register as a member of We Make Matches. Membership iis void where prohibited. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 

2. Changes and Cancellations. Cancellations and changes can be made via email to support@wemakematches.com.

3. Standards. We Make Matches will not accept an advertisements placed with the following:

  • is offensive to the members of We Make Matches, such as advertisements that promote racism, hatred or physical harm;
  • harasses another person;
  • involves the transmission of unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
  • promotes information that you know is misleading or promotes illegal activities;
  • promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work;
  • solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
  • engages in commercial activities written consent of We Make Matches.

4. Delivery, Frequency and Makegood. All figures relating to the number of advertisements served as determined by We Make Matches shall govern, regardless of whether Member is using the services of a third party ad server. If We Make Matches fails to provide the guaranteed number of impressions, We Make Matches will make good on this contract.

5. Key Words and Phrases. We Make Matches offers no exclusivity on keywords or phrases. Each advertiser will be given ranking positions based upon the bid they enter on keywords/phrases.

6. Rejections. We Make Matches reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any person or to reject or terminate any memberships for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the member, and whether or not such membership was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

7. Licenses and Indemnification. Member grants We Make Matches the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute member's advertisments and collateral information and warrants that Member has the right to grant such license. Member represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures of persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to We Make Matches. In addition, Member represents that the member's advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of We Make Matches's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless We Make Matches and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) Member's breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein, (ii) We Make Matches's performance under this contract, and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of member's advertisements or collateral information by We Make Matches.

8. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL We Make Matches BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATON, FOR LOST INCOME OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF We Make Matches HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We Make Matches has the following Privacy Policy with respect to information gathered on Web pages hosted by We Make Matches. Such information is received by We Make Matches.

The terms "we" and "us" refer to We Make Matches.

We use the information you provide about yourself or others to complete the transaction for which the information is intended. Such transactions may include: administering a service, such as search, community, advertising sales, ecommerce; completing an order; replying to support requests; or contacting you if you have granted us permission to do so. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy and the End-User Agreement, we do not share this information with outside parties without your permission except to the extent that is necessary to administer the services we offer our Clients and End-Users or to comply in responding to subpoenas, court orders or other legal proceedings.
 
From time to time, we also use the information you provide about yourself or others to inform you of additions or improvements to the We Make Matches services.
 
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways or for reasons unrelated to the ones described above without also providing an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Clients can access their personally identifiable information that We Make Matches collects online and maintains by logging in to their password-protected account and selecting "Edit My Profile."
